No matter the version, your first bite says, "Yes, THIS is how a burger is supposed to taste." The grass fed beef is awesome. The toppings divine. The burger is HUGE, cooked to order and served with an old fashioned dill pickle, chips or potato salad. This is by far one of the best burgers in Memphis--especially if you are particular about the source of the beef you eat!

This is a serious salad--hearty, wonderfully fresh, and chock full of locally produced feta cheese chunky crumbles. Great greens, veggies, olives and dressing!

The Hot Wing Rolls are very unique in that it takes the best qualities of both the egg roll and hot wings, allowing a diner to get the taste of chicken and hot sauce without getting messy fingers. Whoever came up with this concept is a genius, for the Hot Wing Rolls, which come with celery and either Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing for dipping, work great as both an appetizer and a nice, light late night snack. As far as it being a late night snack, it is especially useful for those who are a little tried after being up most of the night, with the hot sauce providing the "jolt" needed reawaken the senses.

This is as good as the carbonara that I had in Italy. There aren't a lot of Italian restaurants that make this dish, let alone make it well. However, Bari uses good ingredients, including the two most important ones, pancetta and eggs. The sauce is thick, which for me makes eating it nearly mess-free. For anyone who hasn't had carbonara before, Bari's version is a great introduction to it.

I went to Kwik Chek specifically to try this dish and was quite disappointed. The rice was weird ... it tasted like sticky floury stuff. Also, the very nice lady who served me (she was a love) sat the dish down in front of me and then proceeded to rapidly chop everything up and stir it together, and I wanted to sample the individual ingredients first. I also was not prepared for the sauce to be sweet.
