Restaurant recommendations by this user:

Felicia Suzanne's: Sharp southern flavors coupled with fresh locally and regional grown ingredients, makes Felicia Suzanne's a consistent favorite among Memphians. Try out their Friday lunch and grab a cocktail on their patio.

Lunchbox Eats: Only open three weeks, this joint has made a name for itself instantly. The food is fantastic and the service amazing. The decor is great and inviting. EAT HERE FOR LUNCH!

Bardog Tavern: Bardog is big on taste and value for your money. You can't go wrong grabbing a sandwich here for lunch, dinner, or 4th meal. The Bourbon Mayo is a treat and the fries are tops in town because of the unique sugar and salt season they use. Top marks for this bar/pub.

The Bar-B-Q Shop: When people come to Memphis and ask where the best Bar-B-Que is, I say the Bar-B-Que Shop. That's the highest recommendation I can offer a BBQ restaurant in Memphis.

Do: The sushi and noodle dishes at Do are top notch. The decor is eclectic and distinctive. Service is invariably good. I highly recommend you go to Do when you are in Midtown Memphis.

Dish recommendations by this user:

White Chocolate and Fresh Coconut Bread Pudding: This is a killer and rich dessert. One of the best bread puddings in town. It is served with bourbon caramel sauce too.

Mac & Cheese: A little bit spicy with a nice fresh baked cheesy crust on top, this mac and cheese is very good.

Pimento Cheese BLT Sandwich: I grabbed this sandwich for lunch and really enjoyed it. Served on toasted brioche with a fried green tomato it is really rich.

Regular Bar-B-Q Pork: Voted best Bar-B-Que Sandwich in Memphis in 2010 by the Memphis Flyer with good reason.

Bar-B-Q Nachos: Nachos and Bar-B-Que . . . Hell yeah! These are served up generously for at least two people and you can't beat the nacho cheese combined with pork BBQ complete with sauce. The added heat of the jalapenos is a plus.
